Q: How can I contact you?

Q: Where are you based?

A: We are based in Brisbane, Queensland. We are an Australian company registered in Queensland. ABN: 46 601 188 452

Q: Are your products suitable for Australia?

A: Yes, all of our products are Australian versions, meaning that the products are all suitable for 220v and either come with Australian power cord or with a power plug adapter. Every product you purchase from us will arrive at your door ready to use.

Q: How long does it take to get my product after I purchase?

A: All of our products are stocked in Australia and dispatched within a few hours of you purchasing on every business day. Most of our products are delivered by Australia Post and delivered within a few days depending on your location. Please feel free to check out our delivery page.

Q: Can I keep my purchase discrete.

A: Absolutely, nothing on our Packaging or on your credit card statement will indicate what you purchase with us.

Q: What types of payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa and MasterCard, PayPal, Bank Deposit, Cheque and Money Order Payments. You’ll be able to choose your prefered method of payment at checkout.

Q: Where are the products made?

A: The products we supply are made at different locations around the word from Germany and Ireland in Europe to Canada in North America and the list goes on. Under “Specifications” on every product page, you are likely to find the country where that certain product was made.

Q: Do you offer any warranty with your products?

A: Yes every product carries manufacturers warranty. We only supply the best products on earth and every manufacturer we work with takes pride in their product and offers some level of warranty. Under “Specifications” on every product page, you can find out exact details and duration of warranty for that specific product.

Q: My vaporizer isn't producing visible vapor. Am I doing something wrong?
